BESPOKE JEWELS:
It would be an honour to create a bespoke piece for you, any of our 1801 designs can be tailored to accomodate your gem of choice.
We do not do exact reproductions of our genuine antique pieces, these are unique antique treasures.
The bespoke process:
1. Purchase a bespoke piece from us via our website, how exciting!
2. You will be contacted via email or phone to confirm your beautiful gem and ring size required. So please check your junk mail or phone for miss calls from beautiful Australia
3. We will procure your required gem within your budget or if we are working with your existing sentimental gems, please ship them via an insured method as we are not responsible for parcel loss or damage
4. We will create a 3D model of your ring and after you are happy with the modelling we are ready to commence the build stage
5. Our Master Jewellers will work towards creating your ring with love and passion, please allow 6-8 weeks, it is worth the wait I promise
6. Your ring is ready to be shipped!
CARE FOR ANTIQUES:
These old treasures need special love and care to ensure they will last more centuries to come
- Wipe clean antiques pieces with a jewellery cloth gently
- Do not submerge closed back rings in water
- If you accidentally drop your ring in water or wet it, wipe if dry immediately and place the ring stone face down on a dry towel, ensuring all the liquid is removed
LAYAWAYS:
I am so please to offer layaways on all items. A layaway is the ability to pay down an item over a set period of time before you receive it. A 20% down payment is required to secure your item.
Items under $1000 usd - 3 x monthly payments
Items over $1000 usd - 6 x monthly payments
If you miss two layaway payments in a row, the layaway is immediately defaulted and you will lose your 20% deposit and the remainder of the paid amount will be refunded to you. Layaway items are eligible for returns within 3 days of receipt but a credit note is provided and the deposit will be retained by us as a restocking fee.
SHIPPING:
IMPORT TAXES:
Depending on the country you are shipping to add the value of the item, you may be requested to pay import taxes on the payable value of the item and disclose your social security details to customs. You may receive an email or call from customs to pay for import taxes before the final delivery of your exciting jewel.RETURNS:
- for eligible items, please ensure it is returned via an insured shipping method
- Return shipping costs is to be paid by the buyer
- Import taxes paid by the buyer sadly cannot be refunded as this is paid to customs
- Items lost in the mail will be at the responsibility of the buyer, so please insure your returns
- Returns or credit notes are processed as soon as the item is in hand with us and is in the original condition
