This is an Art Deco ring by J.J. White Manufacturing and Providence Rhode Island, they made high quality jewellery with a playful selection of gems between 1896-1950.
What makes this ring really special is it's pristine condition, It looks like it has never been worn.
The firey gems tests as sapphire but due to the exceptional clarity and colour I think they are synthetic BUT even as synthetics, finding ones in this colour in Art Deco jewellery is rare. Back in the 1920s people saw synthetic sapphires as an exciting and superior material to work with due to the exceptional clarity, consistency in colour and cost.
